Welcome to The Organized Ambition. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of theorganizedambition.com and to any purchase of our digital products, custom system setups or consultations. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
The Organized Ambition ("we," "us," "our") is owned and operated by Kait Isaak. We provide Notion templates, custom Notion system setups and strategy consultations.
2. Using Our Website
All content on this website is for general information and inspiration. You agree not to copy, reproduce or redistribute our content, designs or materials without written permission.
3. Digital Products (Notion Templates and Freebies)
License: when you buy or download a template, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own home, business or organization.
You may:
Duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace
Customize it for your own use
You may not:
Resell, share, give away or redistribute the template, in whole or in part
Claim the template or its design as your own
Use it to create products for resale
Delivery: templates are delivered digitally by email or download link right after purchase. If you don't receive yours within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Notion: our templates require a Notion account. We're not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. and aren't responsible for changes Notion makes to its platform, features or pricing.
4. Refunds
Digital products: because of their digital nature, all template sales are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing or using your template, contact us and we'll help.
Custom system setups: the full deposit of 100% is non-refundable and reserves your spot as the work is completely customized to you.
Consultations: consultations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Custom System Setups and Consultations
The scope, timeline, price and deliverables for custom setups are outlined in your client agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.
You agree to give accurate information and timely feedback. Delays in your responses may extend your timeline.
Setups include 2 rounds of revisions and 14days of support after delivery. Additional work is billed at $80/hour.
Once your workspace is delivered, the finished system is yours to use and customize for your own purposes.
6. Payments
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Stripe / PayPal / Shopify. Services must be paid according to your agreement before work begins or continues.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, templates, designs, graphics, the Align & Anchor Method, text and branding belong to The Organized Ambition and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the design.
8. No Guarantees
Our products and services are tools to help you organize your time, home and goals. Results vary depending on your effort, circumstances and consistency. We don't guarantee any specific results, income or outcomes.
9. Not Professional Advice
Our content, templates and consultations are for educational and organizational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or mental health advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those needs.
10. Testimonials
Testimonials on our website reflect real client experiences. They aren't a promise that you'll get the same results.
11. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website may link to or recommend third-party tools (such as Notion, Flodesk or Canva). We're not responsible for their content, policies or services. Some links may be affiliate links; see our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Organized Ambition is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or products means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
